SACS Volunteers: Join us on Tuesday, May 13th, at 8:00 a.m. in the SLC for our Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast. We want to celebrate you and thank you for your contributions to SACS!

2025–2026 School Year Tuition Schedule Due Dates: Annual and Semester – payments due June 1st; Monthly Plans – payment processed on your selected date (1st, 5th, or 10th of June). Grandfathered families will begin payments in July. Payments are processed through FACTS directly from your financial institution. Any changes to your payment plan or scheduled date must be made at least 2 business days in advance by calling student billing at extension 506.

Elementary School

Past Due Library Books and Fines:  All library books and unpaid fines must be received no later than May 16th. Parents have already been notified.  Students with clear accounts by May 9th will receive a free dress day on Tuesday, May 20th. All fees not paid by May 16th will be automatically billed to your FACTS account.

Elementary School Supplies for 2025-2026: Skip the back-to-school lines and crowds and order your child’s school supplies through EPI.  Supply kits will be delivered directly to the school.  Please CLICK HERE to go directly to the EPI link. Enter school ID SAN074 (3 letters/3 numbers). Deadline to place orders is June 15th. No late orders will be accepted. If you choose to purchase school supplies on your own, you can CLICK HERE to view the supply lists. NOTE:  We have a sample package of school supplies from EPI in the office if you would like to see what they look like.

Secondary School

2026 Interim Term ‘GO! Trips‘ are already being planned! All students in 9-12th grade this fall are invited to attend one of three Interim Term trips to Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, or Guatemala from February 25 – March 7, 2026. Students will grow as disciples by participating in the Lord’s work, acquire compassion for those less fortunate and mature in cultural sensitivity, offer valuable services to ministries that preach the gospel and make disciples, and create memorable stories for the glory of God. Middle School Students: MS will be on non-block schedule for the remainder of the year.

High School Students: HS will be on a regular schedule for the remainder of the year and dismissed at 2:25. Athletic practices will continue.

Congratulations to our Varsity Girls Golf Team who placed 3rd in State in the TAPPS 5A division! This is the best finish for SACS golf team in school history. Go Lions!

Fence Signs can be picked up in the Athletic Office between 8am – 4pm. The deadline to pick them up is May 23rd before they are discarded.

If your student is interested in attending Tennis Academy at SACS this summer (Available to Elementary through High School students), please email Coach Tim Godwin for more information or to register.

Add Funds or Manage Lunch Account

Lunch accounts will now be managed through your family’s FACTS account.
To add funds to your family’s lunch account, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on STUDENT BILLING on the SACS App OR log into your FACTS account online and click FINANCIAL.
  2. Click onADD FUNDS” under Prepay Accounts.
    Note that instead of adding funds for each child, all funds will be added to a parent’s name and available to all your students.
  3. Enter amount to add and click “Next – Payment Method”.
  4. Choose your payment method and click PAY NOW.

    If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card you will incur a 2.95% processing fee. There is no fee for payments through your Checking or Savings Accounts.
