My Story

Originally from Ft. Worth, I moved to San Antonio in 1983 from Houston with my husband. We raised our children here and were so excited to be able to place them at SACS. I worked in computer support and a law firm before finding my way to SACS. My daughter graduated in 2000 and my son in 2003. I have loved each and every day at SACS and never doubted that God planted me here. I pray that that conviction is translated to the students, parents, and faculty I work with.

What church do you attend?

Central Baptist Church in Luling

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at SACS?

The community of SACS is like no other. I love doing life with the faculty and families. There is love, prayer support, caring, and understanding that is evident every time you are on campus (and off too)!

Favorite Bible verse

Proverbs 3:5-6 – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

What are your hobbies and interests?

I love spending time with my kids and grandkids, listening to music (many types but 60’s and 70’s are my favs), and having good quality time with dear friends.
