My Story

After being in the Army for almost 10 years, I got out and became a correctional officer for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. After working for the prisons for 5 years, God called me to church ministry where I became a children’s director and a youth pastor. After being in the church for almost 3 years, God called our family to San Antonio, Texas to become a Bible teacher here at SACS. I believe God has called me to teach the Gospel to the youth and to reach many of His children here at SACS. I am honored, blessed, and humble to be here every day.

What church do you attend?

Stone Oak Bible Church in San Antonio

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at SACS?

I LOVE that Christ is the center of all things. I am blessed to be part of a working environment that puts Christ first. I love teaching and learning the Bible every day with my students. I love the fact that God has allowed me to be part of His will and call many to Christ as well as strengthen those who already know Christ in their walk.

Football, Track

Favorite Bible verse

2 Timothy 2:15 – “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a worker who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.”

What are your hobbies and interests?

I love my family. I have four children and a beautiful wife. I find it hard to do anything that does not include them. All four of my children go to school here at SACS and every day I am blessed to be near them.
