My Story

I am so thankful to be blessed with two wonderful children, my daughter Baker and my son Beckett. These two bring so much joy to my life! Before Baker and Beckett were brought into my life, I grew up in San Antonio, attending a wonderful private school that had a tremendous impact in molding and shaping my life. After graduating high school, I fully recognized the role my teachers, coaches, and community had in my life. I kept feeling the tug of God leading me in a direction I never expected and quickly changed course with my undergraduate degree to pursue full-time education, leading me on a journey I could have never imagined!

What church do you attend?

The Park Community Church in San Antonio

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at SACS?

I love the community that we have at SACS, from the students that I interact with each day, to the conversations had in the halls, to the friendships made through the years. The staff, teachers, students, and parents all feel like an extension of my family, a place that I am blessed to call home.

What sport(s) do you coach?

Former coach of basketball, football, and soccer.

Favorite Bible verse

Galatians 6:9 – “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

What are your hobbies and interests?

My favorite time is spent with Baker and Beckett, cheering on the Spurs, traveling (student/educational travel and personal travel), finding a new adventure to explore, playing basketball, and listening to great music.
