My Story

I attended SACS in High School and those years were some of the best of my life. I feel blessed to serve the new generation of SACS students and try to give back to the community that gave me so much. This is my third year teaching American History, and every year I learn more about our nation’s story, and how it applies to us today.

What church do you attend?

First Presbyterian Church in San Antonio

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at SACS?

What I love most about teaching at SACS is the chance to grow together with the community. SACS has a unique family environment and allows me to share my faith, and learn from others as I also teach my own students.

Favorite Bible verse

Psalm 139 13-14 – “For you formed my inward parts, you knitted me together in my mother’s womb, I praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

What are your hobbies and interests?

I love watching all sports, attempting to play golf, and listening to history podcasts. I hope to read more this year, and learn how to flyfish!
