4H Livestock Interest Meeting: join 4H on Tuesday, May 6th at 5:30 p.m. in the ES cafeteria to learn more about opportunities to head up a Livestock Project.

Elementary School
Incoming 3rd – 5th grade PARENT meeting: Information meeting on Thursday, May 8th for incoming 3rd – 5th grade parents in the ES cafeteria at 8:30 a.m. Come hear Mrs. Womack talk about the expectations for the big kid hallway.
Elementary School Supplies for 2025-2026: Skip the back-to-school lines and crowds and order your child’s school supplies through EPI. Supply kits will be delivered directly to the school. Please CLICK HERE to go directly to the EPI link. Enter school ID SAN074 (3 letters/3 numbers). Deadline to place orders is June 15th. No late orders will be accepted. If you choose to purchase school supplies on your own, you can CLICK HERE to view the supply lists. NOTE: We have a sample package of school supplies from EPI in the office if you would like to see what they look like.
Last Family Friday Lunch, Friday, May 9th. CLICK HERE to order your May Chick-fil-A lunch. Remember, no other lunch will be available on this date, so if you do not order, please plan to pack or bring a lunch for your student. Deadline to order is Monday, May 5th at 11:45 p.m.
The fourth annual 5th grade Entrepreneurial Fair is Friday, May 9th! Plan to come and shop merchandise made and marketed by our fifth graders. Students have focused on making gifts for Mother’s Day, ranging from body scrubs to candles, baked goods, and more! Kinder through 5th grade will have a designated shopping time and parents are encouraged to come and shop between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Please send your students with cash (small bills appreciated!) This event will be the same day as Family Friday Lunch, so feel free to come and shop and then eat lunch with your student! NOTE: If you plan to take your student out during their lunch time, please check in and out with our designated staff member, who will be monitoring the door. Parking available in the SLC and along the inside carpool lane. No parking in the ES parking lot so give yourself extra time to park.

Secondary School
Middle School Students: ERB Testing is May 5th – 9th in the morning. Students need to arrive on time. Late arrivals will have to wait until a current test is completed before being admitted to their testing classroom. Please be sure your student is well-rested and has #2 pencils.
Middle School Students: MS will be on non-block schedule for the remainder of the year.

High School Students: HS will be on a regular schedule for the remainder of the year and dismissed at 2:25. Athletic practices will continue.

Calling all singers and instrumentalists – Do you love to worship through music? We’re looking for passionate students to help lead worship on the 2025–2026 Middle School and High School Praise Team! Auditions will be held on Wednesday, May 7th. To audition, please complete this application and sign up here for an audition time slot. Come prepared to sing or play about 1 minute and 30 seconds of any praise and worship song of your choice. All students who wish to join the praise team must audition. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Pritz. We can’t wait to hear your heart for worship!

Athletics
Congratulations to our Varsity Girls Golf Team who placed 3rd at Regionals! They will be heading to State in Waco on Monday and Tuesday. Go Lions!
Congratulations to the State Track Qualifiers who are heading to Waco this weekend. Go Lions!
The Varsity Baseball won the Area Playoffs on Tuesday and will now move on to the next round next week. Stay tuned for more information!
Letterman Fittings are on Tuesday May 6th. Recipients have been notified.
Fence Signs can be picked up in the Athletic Office between 8am – 4pm. The deadline to pick them up is May 23rd before they are discarded.
If your student is interested in attending Tennis Academy at SACS this summer (Available to Elementary through High School students), please email Coach Tim Godwin for more information or to register.
The annual Physical Clinic will be held Wednesday, May 7th at SACS. The cost is $30 paid through THIS LINK. Physicals are mandatory for any student who is considering participating in a sport next school year. Physicals completed at the physical clinic will be valid for the entirety of the 2025-2026 school year. 9th-11th grade will be in the HS Gym at 2:30 p.m. 5th-8th grade will be in the MS Gym at 3:30 p.m.
