My Story

Hello, I am Juliet Saenz, and this is my story. The members of my family are my mom, dad, and older sister Rebecca (who graduated from SACS in 2015). I have two dogs: Isabeau and Navarre; and two horses: Texas Pete and Bonita. After attending SACS for 6 years (I graduated in 2016), this is my first-year teaching here. Looking back during my first years of teaching, I can see how God prepared me for this role by giving me opportunities to teach early childhood and a leadership position in the Sunday School program at my church. I blessed that God choose me to give the next generation of Christians the same Biblical teachings I received here.

What church do you attend?

Northeast Bible Church in Garden Ridge

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at SACS?

What I love the most about teaching at SACS is seeing my students grow in their faith at a young age. I often hear my students talk to each other about God and how He is working in their lives. Having the opportunity to share God’s word with my students and seeing them apply it in their daily walk makes me grateful to teach at SACS.

Favorite Bible verse

John 14:6 – Jesus *said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.”

What are your hobbies and interests?

My hobbies are knitting, sewing, reading fantasy books, watching TV, listening to music and spending time with my family.
